@borntoserve07: Off duty is a myth. Ask my friends, my family, and the poor cashier I told to "watch your step, honey." Seventeen years in and my body runs on caregiver autopilot. I count other people's water. I fix collars that aren't mine. I tuck in blankets at houses where I'm only a guest. 😂 We laugh, but there's truth in it. When you care this deep, the caring doesn't know when your shift ends.
