@jenniferknapeceri80: I spent a lot of years wondering why things that seemed easy for other people could feel so hard for me. Why I struggled with things I knew I was capable of doing. Why my brain seemed to make everything more complicated. Being diagnosed with ADHD later in life hasn’t changed who I am. It’s changing the way I understand who I’ve always been. And maybe that’s the part I want to hold onto most. Maybe we were never broken. Maybe we spent years bending, adapting, masking, compensating, and trying to fit ourselves into shapes that were never quite right for us. And maybe now that we understand ourselves a little better, we can stop fighting ourselves quite so hard. We’re still learning. We’re still growing. And we’ve got this. ♥️🌲 #LateDiagnosedADHD #ADHDInWomen #AdultADHD #Neurodivergent #ADHDAwareness
