I have always loved horror movies. but God has told me to not let this in my home or it will get in my mind then my heart. So yes evil is there to inch it's way in our mind. I've seen an evil spirit and believe me it's terrifying. Bless You!

Thank you for sharing...BUT let me tell you about my favorite all time Halloween. When I was a little 8 year old girl and I am 59 now. And I will try to make this long story short but I wasn't taken to church as a child until my neighbor ask me to go with her..she had just gotten saved earlier in the week and she seemed so Happy. I didn't know anything about the Lord until that Halloween morning...I went to church with her .. church was coming to an end Revival broke that morning and they were going to the lake bank to baptize ..everyone had walked out of the church but me and trust me when I say I was scared to death to leave I made it to the 1st row of benches and the next thing I knew I was on my knees calling out to the Lord for Salvation. 51 years later Halloween is still one of my favorite days...not because of what it represents but because thats my spiritual birthday 🙌....

You are speaking, truth, girl, 👏you are wise beyond your years. A few years ago was convicted and had this uneasiness around Halloween. So we decided to get rid of all Halloween decorations and not celebrate Halloween anymore. I don’t know why I struggled with it so much. I guess it was my flesh. But I knew it was demonic. I don’t do scary movies. I don’t do haunted houses. I don’t like that feeling. I feel like the devil has really been after me the past couple of years with all the cute pink Halloween stuff. Because I’m a pink girl and now seems like it’s trying to be less scary and more cutie

I’m blessed because we grew up with my grandpa who did not do halloween, no scary anything, no scary/horror movies etc. I’ve been convicted about halloween when I was a child. We hand out scriptures, not dressed up, for halloween. Spreading the word is what we do!

Same. I do not celebrate Halloween and people look at me like I’m crazy. Found this quote and it makes sense. “I will not celebrate Halloween for the same reason witches do not celebrate Resurrection Sunday”.

I had an experience like that after watching a scary movie. I was in my 30s. After the movie ended the screen went dark and the room was dark and I was so paralyzed in fear. I couldn't even get up to turn on the light for a long time. We should definitely protect our eye and ear gates. I quit celebrating Halloween 3 years ago. I'm not shaming anyone either but we are in a real spiritual battle. Thankfully we have the word of God as a weapon. Thank you for your testimony my sister in Christ 🙏❤️
