yea I got some messages of female tattoos artist in Minnesota. I just message them how do you know i need a tattoo.also if anyone on tik tok this to give you what's app or telegram u call them scam apps. dont even have those apps. then again. I dont lkow how people would ever trust give money to anyone on social media. I mean this state has so much fraud and nonsense here.
