20c when the minimum wage was $2.04/hr (work 5.8 minutes to buy a pie). Pies are now ~$8.5 with minimum wage at $26.44/hr (work 19.29 minutes to buy a pie) (even if you found a $5 pie today that's still 11.34 minutes of work)

my parents bought their house 30 years ago and sold this year for over 10x the price.... I bought mine 10 years ago and its barely gone up at all.. Boomers really had a nice run

lol, people complaining. There is greed here and the reason for the increase in price. Greed from corporations and then greed from the standard Aussie as well, back then people where being paid 1 dollar a day now it’s minimum 25 an hour.
