Sterling Ink has THE best Customer Service that I have ever had the pleasure of working with, and I feel like I've made new friends with as many emails as we've exchanged. AND the planner is so perfect, I bought the Common Complete in A5, B6, and A6, they are so gorgeous. And I have many, if not all, of the sizes in the big notebook. Absolutely in LOVE with their stickers too, Catherine is so amazing, I ordered so many stickers! Easily my favourite company to interact with. 100/10
