Entering and exiting today was seamless. However, was picking up my mum who has health issues but not yet got a disabled sticker. I went to go meet her to help her as she wasn’t feeling well and security stopped me and told me to return to my car, she needed to ask someone for help. When I spoke to a melb airport rep, sounded like if passengers needed help they needed to pre book (was also mums experience when going up and asking). I was encouraged to go back to my car or I might have a fine on my window, so keep that in mind as well.
