@threemusketeerstravel: “Being normal is vastly overrated” Day 5 of 31 days of Halloween movie facts 🎃 #halloweentown #moviefacts #disneymovie #90sthrowback #90snostalgia

TrBs0109 :

Why would Disney ever recast Marnie?! Ooh I was heated when they did. 🤣 and that was the worst movie of all of them. I don’t acknowledge it as part of the Halloween town movies. So happy they brought back Kimberly bc she truly made the movie!!

Phantom_undbound :

Debbie was one of the few actresses alongside her daughter Carrie that had me in tears when they passed. Honestly for the mom from Halloweentown I always saw her as Marnie's mom but now I be seeing her as April O'Neil 💀

Lizbeth Borden II :

I remember the Twitter hashtags when Sara Paxton was cast as Marnie 💀 #NotMyMarnie and #SaraPaxtonIsntWelcomeInHalloweentown

Coley Shachtman :

I just met them!!

✨ZachSpellman✨ :

I think from the perspective as a child, seeing Sarah Paxton play Marnie, completely broke the magic of this universe for me. Sarah is an amazing actress but it was a fumble at Disney for sure recasting the MAIN CHARACTER after 3 movies.

K :

I still haven’t seen the third one b/c of the recast😂

𝓔𝓶𝓶𝔂 𝓐𝓷𝓷✨🦋 :

The forest storyline always sounded so interesting to me but I get how it wouldn’t make sense for the rest of the movie

Shelby :

My fav Halloween movie

Junmare Matus :

Halloweentown is the best! 🥹🧡

Alice :

Met the mom back months ago. Such a sweet lady !!!

melody_pino_ :

Fun fact; my one year old named all the frogs he sees “Benny” we have 100’s of them outside 🤣💀

malikcunningham :

Enjoy your stay in halloweentown

gisell aurora 🌸 :

Omar :

My sister looks like Marnie

Olivia :

I was heated when they recast her and you’ll never convince me it wasn’t because Sara Paxton fit the “skinny” of the time

elissab720 :

My opinion, one of the worst decisions ever to recast .

M ♡ :

I saw them at @Creep It Real OC
