@cbsla: A Temecula Valley Unified School District board member is under fire after security video captured the moments she allegedly placed a recording device under her colleagues' desk during a meeting in September. Emil Barham and fellow board member Steven Schwartz were shown the security footage of what appears to be Dr. Melinda Anderson leaving her seat next to board member Jennifer Wiersma and placing something underneath their desk by TVUSD Superintendent Dr. Kimberly Velez at a September 22nd meeting. CBS LA has reached out to Dr. Anderson for comment on the allegations, but has not yet heard back. She did address the incident in a video she shared on social media over the weekend, claiming that she carried a recording device to protect herself after she was allegedly threatened by other TVUSD board members.
OK, sure it’s wrong.
But the better question is why?
Could’ve just put something in the first and done the same thing without suspicion or the video evidence. Which by the way is still wrong
