If you want make 0.36 cents per mile, and about 600,650 $ weekly driving 2000 miles, this is the best company, and do not get two automatic emergency brakes, they send you back to the safety school.

I worked for Schneider before… trucks are too slow and they do push you out in severe weather. That is why I left.

I drive for Schneider. I am never forced to drive when I don’t feel safe. And I don’t ever have to drive a truck or pull a trailer that isn’t dot safe. My cents per mile is top tier. I have yet to see another company that pays more than what the account i work on does.

😂😂😂😂 I told my “leader” that all 4 drums on a trailer had brake pads that were insanely outside legal and safe thickness. She said “well some of our more seasoned drivers are more comfortable pulling loads that may be on the line because they know what they can squeak by with”, I’d been driving for about a year. So I slapped the truck under the load, delivered it, the tool the trailer to my closest OC and talked to the head mechanic there and he looked at me like I was insane. All 4 sets of pads were wayyyy below legal limit, with 1 set so thin we both agreed weve seen thicker paper plates. That’s when I decided to get away from the morons at mega companies and I’ve never looked back. I may an an insane amount more money now with a small company, and I never have to beg for proper maintenance.
