After my Invisalign I got permanent retainers (the wire behind teeth) and it’s soooo good because if I forget to wear my retainers it still stays in place ❤️

I generally can’t believe a lady yelled at you to sit down! We got floor tickets for this concert because I was so scared that was going to happen to us but I think just like common even if you have a seat you have to understand some people are going to stand! I feel the only exception is if you are in the disabled area

I got Invisalign and was told we have to wear the retainer every night for the rest of your life otherwise your teeth will start to move back 🥲😂 worth it though
