Stop taking card payments. I’ve started to realize so many florists deal with this, and even I was getting disputes every week and they were saying it was “Fraud” so it was impossible to win the dispute. Cash app, Apple pay, Zelle is my best friend now

He knew he was wrong, and because he got pressed about it, he sent you back the money, but the fact that he sent you back some of it is crazy because he actually could be receiving jail time.
