Honestly when it comes to all this food I put sour cream on it. Borscht? Sour cream. Sausages? Sour cream. Perogies? Sour cream. Hell, I’ll eat sour cream like yogurt some days. It’s so good.

It’s Ukrainian 🇺🇦 all the way they have a delicious beet roll in a cream sauce kind of a cabbage roll but different 👍can’t remember what it was called 😂I called it a beet nik Everyone laughed wasn’t good with Ukrainian language

Let’s talk cabbage rolls. My mennonite grandmother made the best cabbage rolls with meat and rice filling. Way better than Ukrainian cabbage rolls
