Just the facts :
Might be ok in a pinch when you show up at a 4 pm service call on a Friday or mid winter. Changing out the meter is a more thorough job that results in better profit and warranty to the customer.

They need to separate the lug sections into 4 so if a load lug breaks you don’t need to have the power company cut off power to replace it
