You mean people over paid for homes before rates went up and now they can't afford their homes, so now when it's time for renewal, they're refinancing and using the same shady mortgage broker they used to buy the house in the first place and a corrupt appraiser to make sure that the bank will give them more money? The corruption in real estate is wild. Mortgage brokers, appraisers and Real estate agents that are complicit in this need to be investigated, fined and their licences stripped.
