@mothershipsg: A 32-year-old man will be charged in court on Oct. 7 with murder following an incident at Block 61 Telok Blangah Heights. The police received calls at about 6pm on Oct. 5 and, upon arrival, found a 73-year-old man lying motionless and a 53-year-old man injured on the ground floor of the block. Both men were conveyed to the hospital. The 73-year-old subsequently passed away. The 32-year-old man later called the police to surrender and was arrested in the vicinity. He is believed to have acted alone. There is currently no evidence to suggest that it was a religiously motivated attack or an act of terror, according to the police.
