Doc, I was diagnosed with MDD with anxious distress. I tried the medication once, but I had severe symptoms, so I stopped. After that, I developed red patches that have lasted for more than a month. My dermatologist said stress may be one of the causes. I’m hesitant to take medication again and would like to discuss other options.
