WHAT’S INVISIBLE CLEANING?👇🏻 ❗️This has to be one of the biggest mental loads as a mother, not only in the acts of doing this all day long without anyone even realising, but also because it’s the exact thing that makes us feel like we’re chasing our tail all day long – one step forward, two steps back. 🔄The kids are great at making more invisible mess while we’re still cleaning up the last one. INVISIBLE CLEANING IS ⬇️ - Cleaning that is 100% unnecessary & shouldn’t have to be done in the first place - Cleaning that no one notices because it’s mess that is ONLY noticed if it’s NOT cleaned up - Cleaning that you can do all day long & have nothing to show for it For example: - Cereal all over the floor - A pack of cotton balls or earbuds spilled everywhere - Wardrobe clothes pulled out/unfolded - Drawing on the walls - Spilt milk on the floor - Lego all over the loungeroom carpet - Cleaning out something that made a mess in the fridge - Beard stubble left in a sink - Rubbish left on the table instead of being put in the bin - Washing unfolded - Cupboards items pulled out 😩One of the hardest parts about this kind of cleaning is that it’s not usually noticed when it’s done & therefore you feel like you’ve spent so much effort trying to ‘stay on top of things’ without any appreciation or ‘Wow’ factor or satisfaction at the end of the day 🫠It’s certainly something you don’t fully understand unless you’re dealing with it day in, day out with no end. It’s feels very heavy when it’s endless, it often feels lonely because you know there’s no escape until the children grow up! 🙄It can be caused by children or spouses, both intentionally or unintentionally. We can all leave our own fair share of unnecessary mess, but it’s the accumulation of these ongoing messes, particularly when you have young children that takes it’s toll 💬Tell me in the COMMENTS what kind of Invisible Cleaning you do most! Shoutout to my husband who is a team player with these messes❤️ 📲FOLLOW for more 📲SHARE to someone who does Invisible Cleaning #mumlife #parenting #fyp #mums #3under3 #twinmum #relatable
