I didn't do it in the exact right order... and this knot felt very deep and dense so I ended up going back and pulling out the dense energy/doing the spiritual release hand motion a few times. Felt like I was going back deeper each time. And then when I let my body move intuitively I had a whole ass 6yo temper tantrum and was flailing my arms and legs and grabbed a pillow and just screamed into it as loud as I could... then when I was pulling out the cords in my belly I kept gagging and retching and coughing up mucus.. Question if you feel called to share wisdom. I was resisting removing my gallbladder but had a passed elder show up in my dreams showing me to have it removed & so i did. Im pretty sure it was trapped trauma/emotions/resentment but theres alot blockage memory wise. Did getting it removed mean it helped with releasing?
