@brodgers_re: 🏡 Your new house may have been cleaned—but not necessarily for YOU. Before unpacking, add these to your move-in checklist: 🧼 Clean the dishwasher filter zzzwaning cycle and scrub the gasket 🔥 Check the dryer vent and duct 💧 Replace the refrigerator water filter 🗑️ Clean under the garbage disposal splash guard 🍳 Wash range hood filters 🚿 Vacuum bathroom exhaust fans 🚽 Replace toilet seats 🚿 Clean shower heads 🧹 Professionally clean carpets, if possible 🔑 REKEY EVERY EXTERIOR LOCK Old keys may still be with contractors, cleaners, neighbors, or previous occupants. These small steps can help make your new house feel like: “This is OUR home.” ❤️🏡 📌 SAVE this for moving day. 📲 SHARE it with someone closing soon. Buying in Philadelphia, Delaware County, Montgomery County, Chester County, Bucks County, or nearby? I’d be happy to help.
