That was the best freeway, you could practically be in north beach plus you passed Broadway strip clubs

We love the Embarcadero. We’re so glad that the freeway is gone. Even the views from the Bay bridge heading into the San Francisco are awesome.

ive lived in the bay my whole life, i didnt even know this highway existed until recently, it looks so much better now, i cant imagine the embarcadero having such an eyesore. and today its not even as congested as most other san francisco roads.

The key is to building modern freeways is dig underneath and keep the green space on top. If you throw light rail and bike trails into the mix, it’s even more beautiful and serene.

the sixth Street freeway connectors to the 101 or 280 it just didn't stop and it looped around so you could get into the GG bridge
