@iamstacykeast: When we start to unblock the emotional pain we carry - memories start coming to the service. Memories that hurt at the time but they re appear to test to see if the emotions are still there . This is a small snippet of the mother wound that’s personally come up for me since working in “sacred rage” womb, wounds . This memory might not seem big to you but for me it held so much pain , especially as I was grieving the loss of my dad at the time .. Facilitators like myself - are accountable to be what they walk - I wil always continue to work on the shadows within for a more authentic life for myself 💕 #personalhealing #wounds #womb
