I do it a bit differently. First, block sign in, then revoke sessions, then reset password. Then instead of forwarding, I set up “read and manage” access. This way, the manager can see if anyone is waiting on any email follow up’s from the term employee and can respond accordingly. Always let the manager handle the auto reply

1 revoke sessions in entra 2. Reset mfa 3 initiate sign out via 365 admin center . Now you block sign in account in 365 and last disable ad account

pretty standard, wouldn't have used entra to revoke sessions just force sign out on Admin center... with the licensing changes to 100gb mailboxes gotta be weary removing licenses after converting because the mailbox could be over 50gb

Agree with the steps, you should also mention "legal hold" for those special cases.

🍔 Bourbon BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Meatball Subs Servings: 4 Prep time: 20 minutes Cook time: 25–30 minutes Ingredients Cheeseburger Meatballs * 1 lb ground beef, 80/20 * ½ lb ground pork * ½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs * 1 egg * ¼ cup finely diced onion * 2 cloves garlic, minced * 1 tbsp ketchup * 1 tbsp yellow mustard * 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce * 1 tsp smoked paprika * ½ tsp garlic powder * ½ tsp onion powder * ¾ tsp salt * ½ tsp black pepper * 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes Bourbon BBQ Sauce * 1 cup BBQ sauce * ¼ cup bourbon * 2 tbsp brown sugar * 1 tbsp honey * 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce * ½ tsp smoked paprika * ¼ tsp garlic powder For the Subs * 4 large hoagie/sub rolls * 8 slices cheddar cheese * 8 slices bacon, cooked crispy and chopped * 2 tbsp melted butter * ½ tsp garlic powder * Fresh parsley, optional Instructions 1. Make the meatballs: Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine ground beef, pork, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, and seasonings. Mix gently until just combined. 2. Stuff with cheese: Take about 2 tablespoons of meat mixture, flatten it, place a cube of cheddar in the center, and wrap the meat around it. Roll into a tight meatball. Repeat to make about 16 meatballs. 3. Bake: Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 18–22 minutes, or until cooked through and the centers reach 160°F. 4. Make the bourbon BBQ sauce: Add BBQ sauce, bourbon, brown sugar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, and garlic powder to a saucepan. Simmer over medium-low heat for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5. Glaze the meatballs: Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and gently toss until completely coated. Simmer another 3–5 minutes so the glaze gets thick and sticky. 6. Toast the rolls: Mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush the inside of the rolls and toast at 400°F for about 4–5 minutes. 7. Build the subs: Place 4 meatballs inside each toasted roll. Cover with cheddar cheese and return to the oven for 2–3 minutes, just until the cheese melts. 8. Finish: Pile crispy bacon over the melted cheese and drizzle generously with the bourbon BBQ sauce. Sprinkle with parsley if desired. 🔥 Best finishing touch For that loaded cheeseburger flavor, add a little diced caramelized onion underneath the meatballs and an extra drizzle of BBQ sauce over the bacon. Tip: If serving kids or anyone avoiding alcohol, replace the bourbon with 2 tbsp apple juice + 1 tbsp extra BBQ sauce.#recipes #Foodie #dinner
