I love this take! I neglected to paint or decorate many of my apartments because they were not “worth it” in my eyes. I have a hard time putting effort and attaching myself to things when I see them as temporary. Even in my house I had these thoughts because why put money, time and effort if I’m not guaranteed it’s my forever home. I’m trying to change that! My whole life deserve beauty and efforts. My NOW deserves beauty and efforts.
