oh man.. I have Chiari Malformation and needed to get the surgery just a couple months after I graduated high school. that shi was NOT fun and I still get headaches every day 3 years later. I hope you have an easy recovery girl and just be sure to not overdo any head movements!

yeah my ear hurt and they told me it was allergies but then it turned out i had a stroke and went deaf in one ear overnight and have been fighting that now for like 5 months u really have no idea what’s about to happen fr fr fr rr

I also wasn’t feeling well so I went to a GP who said ear infection. So then I went to an eye dr and they sent me to a specialist who saw swelling who did an mri who found my chiari. So I went to a neurosurgeon who also found out I have IIH and a collapsed vein in my brain. They have to take care of that first before the brain surgery so I will be at minimum having a total of three brain surgeries. Help me.

Yeah literally just woke up one day last year in January and was bedridden for 4 months, continued to have debilitating symptoms until I finally got the surgery this past May, guys never believe “it could never happen to me” 🙂‍↕️

Omg that’s so real. Once I thought my stomach was just hurting and I was constipated. Turns out when I was an embryo my bile ducts didn’t get shaped right, there was an issue with my pancreas, and gallstones so I got surgery to fix all that and get my gallbladder and ducts removed. But then got a stress ulcer in my stomach and threw up blood and almost bled to death. You really never know!

I've found my people! I received my diagnosis and underwent my first laminectomy, duraplasty, and craniotomy in March and April. I underwent my second craniotomy, duraplasty, and laminectomy on the 22nd of last month, and I've been in the ICU since yesterday over post-surgery complications! Sending hugs! 💜
