I know exactly what you are saying. I had a cleaning Company, mainly because I wanted to create jobs for my own people. Yhooo, I saw flames 😩 Some of my employees would talk about me to the clients, not show up for work, yet still expect their full pay. Eventually, I just gave up. It was honestly exhausting.
