@vrstpz: When Lewis made the decision to leave Mercedes for Ferrari driven by a combination of performance frustration, contract structure, and a lifelong personal ambition. Following two difficult seasons under Formula 1’s ground-effect regulations—where Mercedes struggled to deliver a consistently competitive car capable of fighting Red Bull for race wins. Hamilton grew increasingly uncertain about the teams immediate trajectory toward an eighth World Championship.#f1 #fyp #lewishamilton #mercedesamgf1 #totowolff

Riles :

He would be getting his 8th title this year if he didn’t sign with ferrari

Dima Vale :

And it's 2026, Mercedes has a Top 2 car after the new engine regulations and Lewis would be on pace for his 8th if he just waited...

saif :

"still our driver"

Al Francis Cruz :

One of Lewis' what ifs.

Aireon :

He joined Ferrari in 25 he couldn’t have waited one year?

and now Mercedes is dominating this year

kallz. :

Some of you are forgetting the fact Mercedes only offered Lewis a 1 year contract for 2025 because they wanted Antonelli to race for the new regulations in 2026. Had Lewis not gone to Ferrari he would’ve had no team whatsoever, there wasn’t a choice on the table.

Joshua Brown7227 :

if only lewis trusted toto

andrew_shellby :

No Lewis noooo

A :

Toto le prometió un campeonato en 2026 y Lewis creyó que Ferrari era la mejor opción, está vez se equivocó 😔

Guebukanmaklo :

Youre right he’s an Icon ✨

kerfuffle🤷 :

if he waited a little longer 😭

Miguel🪙 :

Siento que Lewis podía esperar hasta 2026, eran nuevas regulaciones había una alta posibilidad de ganar…

ken :

Guys don't blame Lewis for not waiting. Blame Mercedes higher ups, they only wanted to give him a short (1 year or so) contract with no ambassador or extra role to it. Toto here even say Lewis is more than a driver.

Nicole :

“Lewis would be winning his 8th if he stayed with Mercedes” Lewis would not be on the grid if he stayed at Mercedes.

lola :

He wan to be in Ferrari before he retire it’s not about the 8th title I really believe that
