Honestly, who knows? 😂 Sometimes motherhood feels like trying to solve a mystery with absolutely no clues. But whatever the reason, I was there. I held him. I rocked him. I cuddled him. I stayed beside him until he felt safe enough to settle again. And while I was there for him, the little lights were there for me. Other moms awake in the middle of the night. I don’t know their stories. They don’t know mine. But somehow, seeing those little lights makes the night feel a little less lonely. I was there for my baby.
