@mothershipsg: Speaking to Mothership, the person behind the camera said similar incidents have been occurring since early August 2026. He said he began recording the woman after noticing that the cat, which was usually friendly towards people, would flinch when she approached. In the video, loud meowing could be heard in the background. The person added that the woman called him “crazy” when he confronted her. In response to Mothership’s queries, Jessica Kwok, the National Parks Board (NParks) group director of enforcement and investigation said NParks is aware of the incident. Kwok said they understand that the cat is not injured, and will continue to monitor the situation. #mothershipenvironment
