A classic French-style Niçoise salad featuring tuna, eggs, potatoes, green beans, and olives, beautifully arranged and dressed with vinaigrette. Hard boil the eggs: place eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes, then cool in ice water, peel, and slice. 3. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp, then drain and cool in ice water. 4. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, green beans, tuna, sliced eggs, olives, and red onion. 5. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. 6. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley and anchovy fillets if using. 8.
