My mom was like this growing up. She would turn the volume on the radio on max and scream every single word and jump around. It would overstimulate tf out of me and I would ask her to please turn the music down at the very least. She would get angry at me and call me a bitch every single time

I was not a morning person. Really I’m still not, meaning just leave me alone for a few minutes after I wake up. Poor kid! I have one son who wakes up all sunshine and rainbows and one who’s more like me. I leave him alone or follow his lead. If he wants to talk, we talk. If he doesn’t, I mind my own business. I respect my sons because they are humans. I don’t own them.
