After the judge DENIED the defense’s request to find her not guilty, Lindsay Clancy is scheduled to return to court November 2 at 9:00 AM for another major hearing. ⚖️ The defense is arguing that putting Clancy through a second trial could violate double jeopardy protections. ⚖️ The court is also expected to address issues surrounding the lone holdout juror from the first trial. ⚖️ And one of the biggest questions: Will a new trial date finally be set? Clancy’s attorney has already said he cannot begin another trial before June 2027.
