When my oldest son was in 8th grade a girl said my son chased her down the street saying he was going to rape her after school. The school was going to go all out on punishment. I asked why the dad and the girl didn't report to the police if this actually happened. And then questioned the schools investigation. Found out that the "incident" happened on a day when my son had been taken out of school early for a doctors appointment. I wanted the girl punished for lying and the school said they had to "allow her to be a victim" because she had some trauma in her past. She could have destroyed my son's life and she had no consequences.

We need to put pressure on government around the world to start changing these laws so women make false claims are not given civil suit, but they should be charged criminally, but not just criminally but very heavy criminal charges.

My brother was the victim of a false allegation. The truth came out in the end but it messed him up for a while. Thankfully he is doing better now and is married with 2 kids
