i don’t think it’s wrong for anyone to collect any BCRS from bins and use it for their own good, which is the main purpose of it. as long as they don’t litter whatever left from there and keep it clean and tidy then there’s nothing wrong at all. at the same time, does MPs think befor they say anyt - why are they digging through the rubbish, just for 10cent? it’s fun? like created a problem then now want to banned the problem, bad to recycle but not bad to clear forest?
