Let’s talk about it 💚 I get this question allll of the time and it truly doesn’t matter, but here’s the reason my clients prefer blow dried hair. My clients do not want to fight with frizz and because the cuticle is not smooth out, they notice more frizz during the takedown with and without a sealant. Also when the cuticle is not smooth, the curls may show and shrink within the twist. The healthiest? Wet sets because there is no heat involved until they have to sit under the dryer. Is the hair protected either way. Absolutely! My method is going to always protect them curls so that they bounce back and retain moisture. Which set do you prefer?
