I need advice i file child support for my14yr old daughter i am w another guy had a kid w him and now turns on since i opened a case they are coming after my new man..since both of my kids receive free medicaid can i get a notarized letter saying my new bf takes care of my son when we alternate weekends?meaning he gives me no cash he provides on his own i just dont want him to be charged just bcs i file for my 14 yr old daughter they wanna come for the second dad smh

Truth, happened to me! I also have 50/50 and see my child faithfully and take care of him! Child Support is fraud for good Fathers! Watch who you choose to have kids with because the Government ain’t 💩!

Unfortunately I got divorced over about 3 papers and 2 phone calls still spent 20k on two lawyers best thing I did was drop my attorney in the court room because he was worthless. I will be representing myself in the soon to be contempt hearing against my ex

Or the attorneys lie to you and you paid them to help you but will lie to ensure the fight continues. I’ve dealt with this and fired my attorneys in open court on the spot for attorney misconduct

so in my case I was never served papers for child support few months after my divorce I was sent a letter from the state to appear in court sat with states attorney in a side room and they got me paying child support told them I cant afford what they ask they didnt care the immediately started taking away from my pay check help me please
