If they can’t afford to buy it at your asking price then they won’t be able to rent it either for what you need to clear. Drop the price and move your house.

Prices need to come back down to reality. Reality is value of these houses are artificially higher than what they’re actually worth. Not saying a house shouldn’t appreciate a little over time but theres a difference between appreciation and greed.
