Crispy Chicken with Sweet Potato & Tzatziki 🥒 Ingredients: Chicken fillet — 400 g For the batter: Milk — 150 ml Flour — 120 g Egg — 1 Paprika — 1 tsp Dried garlic — 1 tsp Salt & pepper For the coating: Cornflakes — 150 g For the sweet potato: Sweet potato — 500 g Olive oil — 2 tbsp Paprika Dried garlic Salt & pepper For the tzatziki: Greek yogurt — 200 g Cucumber — 1 Garlic — 1–2 cloves Fresh parsley Olive oil Wine vinegar Salt & pepper Cut the chicken into strips. Mix all the batter ingredients, dip the chicken into the batter, then coat well with crushed cornflakes. Place on a baking tray and lightly drizzle with olive oil. Cut the sweet potato, season with olive oil, paprika, dried garlic, salt and pepper. Place on the same baking tray with the chicken. Bake at 190°C (top and bottom heat with convection) for 25–30 minutes. For the tzatziki, grate the cucumber and squeeze out the excess liquid. Mix with Greek yogurt, garlic, parsley, olive oil, wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving. Pollo Crujiente con Boniato y Tzatziki 🥒 Ingredientes: Pechuga de pollo — 400 g Para la mezcla: Leche — 150 ml Harina — 120 g Huevo — 1 Pimentón — 1 cdta Ajo en polvo — 1 cdta Sal y pimienta Para el empanado: Copos de maíz — 150 g Para el boniato: Boniato — 500 g Aceite de oliva — 2 cdas Pimentón Ajo en polvo Sal y pimienta Para el tzatziki: Yogur griego — 200 g Pepino — 1 Ajo — 1–2 dientes Perejil fresco Aceite de oliva Vinagre de vino Sal y pimienta Corta el pollo en tiras. Mezcla todos los ingredientes de la masa, pasa el pollo por la mezcla y después cúbrelo bien con los copos de maíz triturados. Coloca el pollo en una bandeja de horno y rocía ligeramente con aceite de oliva. Corta el boniato, mézclalo con aceite de oliva, pimentón, ajo en polvo, sal y pimienta. Colócalo en la misma bandeja junto al pollo. Hornea a 190°C (calor arriba y abajo con ventilador) durante 25–30 minutos. Para el tzatziki, ralla el pepino y exprime bien el exceso de líquido. Mézclalo con el yogur griego, ajo, perejil, aceite de oliva, vinagre de vino, sal y pimienta.
