Yes. I did a broader search this time—older court records, Arkansas law-enforcement records, local reporting, payroll records and the new material surrounding the viral video. Here's the picture I can actually document about Eddie Price, separating records from allegations. Eddie Price's documented law-enforcement career The person we're looking for appears in public payroll records as Edward E. Price Jr. His law-enforcement career in the Mena/Polk County area goes back at least to the 2000s. In a 2009 federal court case, a Polk County Deputy Sheriff Eddie Price is specifically named as the deputy who investigated a road/railway accident. That establishes someone by that name working for the Polk County Sheriff's Office by that point. Justia Law By 2011, Price was still a Polk County deputy and was involved in a significant interstate drug investigation. Local reporting says evidence had been obtained by “then Polk County Deputy Eddie Price.” Lawyers subsequently challenged some of that evidence because of the question of Price's authority while operating across the state line in Oklahoma. That's important: it was a legal challenge to the evidence/jurisdiction, not evidence that Price himself was convicted of wrongdoing. Pulse News He subsequently became Chief of Police of Grannis, Arkansas. This isn't internet gossip—the Arkansas Legislative Audit records him as police chief and states that Eddie Price resigned on February 4, 2019, when Eric Engelke was hired as chief. The document doesn't give a reason for Price's resignation. Arkansas Legislative Audit There is also an Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training document listing “Eddie Price, Grannis PD”, further corroborating that part of his career. Arkansas Department of Public Safety By 2021, he had moved to the Mena Police Department. On April 1, 2021, The Ouachita Bushcraft & Survival Show introduced its guest explicitly as “Mena Police officer Eddie Price.” The episode says he's an experienced bow hunter and competition archer. Amazon Music City payroll data independently places Edward E. Price Jr. at the City of Mena in 2021. GovSalaries And by 2024 he had become a Police

Law enforcement aren't the heroes they claim to be simply because they wear a badge. Once We the People gained the ability to record officers performing their duties, we began seeing what happens when authority is placed under public scrutiny: conduct that raises serious questions about integrity, honor, trust, and accountability. The badge does not place anyone above the Constitution. Power must be accountable to the people it serves. Transparency isn't an attack on law enforcement—it is a First Amendment safeguard against government abuse. The camera isn't the enemy of good policing. It is the citizen's check on power.
