Bro. This is literally every state these days. No one uses a blinker. Everyone is testing everyone when they merge. Especially on and off ramps. The special peeps around here now think the left lane is the driving miss daisy lane and it’s really ticking those of us who actually learned to drive like we earned a license, all the way off! And yes, speed limits to many is merely a suggestion. And I live in Illinois!
