When I first came out over 40 years ago, something I thought about is- Will I be able to love others who reject me for who I am? I faced rejection and held onto hope and faith. I chose to practice love instead of becoming bitter with hate. I began to practice Gratitude and prayer. I have no control over how other people see me, or feel about me. I have been choosing love every day since the first day I came out. It takes practice. Over 40 years later, I am the happiest I've ever been. Love is, and always will be, the answer 😊😊❤️❤️
