So, mold spreads very easily, and that container is full of spores. Remove the good eggs if you can, change the container and if one starts to get moldy, throw it out immediately. Mold thrives at 35°-37°C, and you have the perfect conditions for it. Also, don’t touch the mold and then the good eggs, always disinfect your hands before. I recommend gloves on both hands and discard them after single use

in this case 2 clearly bad eggs from the start damaged 2, possibly, good eggs. Is the risk/reward worth it? wouldn't it made more sense to just remove them from the start and have them separated to see if any goes bad?

it's probably best to keep the other eggs apart and put them in a new, clean egg box. this box is full of spores now, and if any other eggs get moldy it might kill the baby snakes inside :(

With potentially non fertile eggs, I know you like to incubate them until they are clearly bad, and you don't want to risk hurting the good eggs by separating them. Would you ever try moving them into a different box so they are still getting incubated but less likely to spread mold to the other eggs?
