I’m sorry! What? U r strong and muscular. U are some healthy good and enough to sustain ur workouts. Please don’t listen to ur mum. I was told by both parents that I was overweight and put on fad diets which only made me binge and gain weight. At 50, I still struggle to understand what’s healthy for myself and what’s not.
