watched the video. Approaching the light he slows down by her car and either yells something at her or maybe flips her off it's really not clear, but obviously something had happened before they reached the light. Then he rides forward and stops at the light in the left lane. She's further back in the right lane. when the traffic starts moving she stops her car by his bike and gets out. She starts swinging at him first and then they are both fighting. After about a minute he shoved her back inside her car and shoved the door on her foot and keeps pushing on the door until she moves her foot and it shuts. Then he gets back on his bike and she exits the car again, this time with a taser. She tries to taze him but it fails. He gets back off his bike and she gets back in her car. He then rides forward and stops again at the light waiting for it to change. she pulls in behind him and rams the back of his bike. He then gets off his bike again and she drives off and calls police to make a report. And the metal object is HER belt that she pulled on him.
