MashaAllah, Prof. This is truly wonderful and highly commendable work! I am really impressed by your initiative of teaching Mathematics in Hausa. This is a brilliant step that breaks down the language barrier and makes a seemingly difficult subject much easier for our children to understand, especially at the foundation level. The concept is deeply rooted in understanding when a child learns in his mother tongue, he doesn't just memorize, he comprehends. My humble advice is that you should consider packaging this noble idea and formally proposing it to the State Government and the Ministry of Education. If subjects like Basic Mathematics, Basic Science, and Civic Education can be taught in Hausa at the Junior and Secondary level, it will drastically improve comprehension and performance of students across your state. You are not just teaching Mathematics, you are preserving our language and empowering the next generation. Allah ya saka da alheri, Prof. Please keep it up.
