I had Cathy’s Kitchen a few months ago and literally hated it and felt SO guilty for feeling that way. But like how can I help not liking something?! I had the catfish and it just was not fresh, was soooo fishy and the breading was awful 😭

This fish may be falling apart because it was closed in the box and the steam could have made it mushy... when you fry things you have to poke holes in the to go containers so the steam can release
