Legit just gotta go up to people and start yapping. Seems scary, but most people crave connection. See someone cool at the grocery store? Go say hi! Ask if they wanna go to a happy hour or something. Might get rejected sometimes, might run into some people you don’t mesh with, but eventually you’ll run into your people. Then it just gets easier, maybe they introduce you to more and more people and your circle grows.
