As nations prepare for COP31 in Antalya, Nepal is calling for a formal "Sagarmatha to the Sea" partnership to unite mountain and ocean communities. The demand is simple but urgent: the world must deliver predictable climate finance, fully capitalized loss and damage funds, and uncompromised climate justice.
