That can help you narrow down a neighborhood because there are a LOT of them, but there are some hidden gems as well. - Do you absolutely need your car? Having a car in the city can be super expensive, so depending on what neighborhood you are in, you might not need it! - For rentals, you will want to start your search around 45-60 days before your move in date! - Try to move in the fall/winter if you can! The summer months are extremely competitive and there are still lots of options in the slow season! - Work with a broker (like me, hi) to send options and set up virtual tours for you and be your eyes and ears if you can’t make it in person!
