This is a long shot, but I’m currently going to school and majoring in Culinary Arts, and my goal is to become a private chef. I have an interview project for one of my classes where I need to interview someone who currently works in the career field I’m interested in. I was wondering if you’d be willing to let me interview you and ask you a few questions about your experience as a private chef and how you got into the field. I’d really appreciate it, and it would mean a lot to me!
